Introduction With reference to the announcement of Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co published on the website of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 18-01-1446 corresponding to 16-04-2025, regarding the Offering period for Series 1 of the Sukuk Issuance Programme denominated in SAR the “Sukuk” and the public offering thereof, the Company announces the Coupon Rate.
Offer Type The Series 1 Sukuk are denominated in Saudi Riyals and will be offered as a public offering.
Value of the offer The issue value has been initially set at 50,000,000 SAR with the final issue value to be determined after the end of the offering period based on market conditions at that time.

The targeted class of the issuance The Sukuk will be offered to natural and legal persons who are entitled to subscribe for the Sukuk, whether within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in any jurisdiction where the Sukuk offering is lawful.
Name of Issuance Manager Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co has appointed AlKhair Capital Saudi Arabia as the lead arranger and initial dealer for its sukuk offering.
Minimum Subscription Five Sukuk, with a nominal value of 5,000 SAR. For further details, please see the basic offering prospectus prepared for the Sukuk.
Offer Price (Sukuk /Bonds) 1,000 SAR per instrument
Par Value 1,000 SAR per instrument
Return (Sukuk /Bonds) 10% per annum payable semi-annually
Maturity (Sukuk /Bonds) Five years from the date of settlement of the instruments
Terms of Redemption - The bonds will be redeemed at the end of the term of the first series
- On the maturity date, the bonds will be redeemed at a rate of 100% of the total par value of the series
Additional Information -The company will treat the Sukuk as capital. Therefore, the company will calculate the nominal value of the Sukuk as part of its Zakat base to pay the required Zakat.

Investors' purchase of the Sukuk is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Investor Purchase Application Form and the Base Prospectus dated 15-07-1446 corresponding to 15-01-2025 the Base Prospectus.
