According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2025/05/06 by the periodical partial redemption (installment no. 11) for the listed bonds of Global Corp Securitization The First Issue-First Program Tranche C January 2027. The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 226,989,999.99 distributed over 4,090,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 55.49877. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2025/05/07 trading session. This bond tranche has been locally rated by MERIS As (A) ¡ At a variable Return rate equal to the Lending Rate announced by the Central Bank + Margin 0.60 % to be paid monthly
